PUL:
DESCRIPTION: PUL is a fabric with a polyurethane laminated film bonded to it to make it waterproof, perfect for pieces such as nursing and menstrual pads, art smocks, reusable cloth nappies, wet bags, change mats, shower caps and mattress protectors.
FABRIC DETAILS: Sold in 1/2m x 150cm increments. Any orders of 1m or more will be cut in a continuous length wherever possible
USE: It is soft, durable and can be washed in up to 60 degree temperatures time and time again without loosing its waterproof properties.
CARE: PUL can be machine washed up to 60 degrees without affecting the waterproof properties. Do not use bleach! It is preferred to line dry, however a low heat dryer can also be used. DO NOT IRON.
COTTON (POPLIN):
DESCRIPTION: Poplin cotton is a beautiful light weight fabric made from 100% cotton and perfect for bloomers, skirts, dresses, bibs and more!
FABRIC DETAILS: Sold in 1/2m x 150cm increments. Any orders of 1m or more will be cut in a continuous length wherever possible.
USE: It is a strong material with a weight of 135gsm. Items made from this fabric are easy to iron and do not wrinkle easily.
CARE: Cotton Poplin is machine washable on cold. It can be put in the dryer and ironed with medium heat.
COTTON (TWILL):
DESCRIPTION: Twill cotton is a beautiful light weight fabric made from 100% cotton and perfect for bloomers, skirts, dresses, bibs and more! It is a little sturdier than poplin with diagonal ridges which adds extra flare to your garment.
FABRIC DETAILS: Sold in 1/2m x 150cm increments. Any orders of 1m or more will be cut in a continuous length wherever possible.
USE: It is a strong material with a weight of 145gsm. It is easy to care for and repair if needed.
CARE: Twill Cotton is machine washable on cold. It can be put in the dryer and ironed with medium heat.
COTTON (LYCRA):
DESCRIPTION: This base is made with 95% cotton / 5% spandex. Perfect amount of stretch for leggings, harems and onesies.
FABRIC DETAILS: Sold in 1/2m x 150cm increments. Any orders of 1m or mroe will be in a continuous length wherever possible.
USE: With a strong 260gsm weight, this is a very durable fabric to work with.
SWIM:
DESCRIPTION: Our swim fabric is made with a composition of 88% polyester and 12% spandex and rated to 30+.
FABRIC DETAILS: Sold in 1/2m x 150cm increments. Any orders of 1m or more will be cut in a continuous length wherever possible.
USE: This is perfect for swim suits, and swimming caps!
DOUBLE MINKY:
DESCRIPTION: Our double minky is made with 100% polyster and a luscious 270gsm.
USE: This super soft base is ideal for making baby blankets, snuggle rugs and cloth wipes.
DOUBLE BRUSHED POLYESTER:
DESCRIPTION: This DBP is made with 90% polyester and 10% spandex. Is is 230gsm and super soft to touch.
FABRIC DETAILS: Sold in 1/2m x 155cm increments. Any orders of 1m or more will be cut in a continuous length wherever possible.
